You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

IMPORTANT: You have paid for this education of 20 hours of in-class teaching ,10 hours of home link and 10 hours of in-car training!(This is minimum requirement as outlined by the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario.) As with any other form of education, this is not a guarantee of success or of readiness for the road test! Our aim is to help you to achieve tour goals and for you to become a safe and responsible driver!

MTO requires students to start car lessons within 8 weeks of finishing class

WE ARE A TEAM However, we can only progress and learn at your pace!(Note: everyone learns at a different rate; some may require additional training to meet the minimum requirements [80%] set out by Pioneer Driving Schools). You can significantly increase the rate at which you learn by practicing a lot on your own, and continually referring to your Driver's Handbook and reference material handouts.

COURTEOUS TREATMENT-INSTRUCTION: If you feel you are not being treated courteously or instructed well, please inform the officials of the school immediately!

IF INSTRUCTOR IS LATE FOR APPOINTMENT: Please, be patient! Traffic, weather or mechanical problems can present delays. If he/she is more than 20 minutes late, please call the office.

USE OF INSTRUCTOR'S CAR FOR ROAD TEST: The vehicle for the driving test is included in the price of full packages if the student meets or exceeds 90% on the Pioneer Driving School final in-car test.

The instructor has the right to refuse his/her car if they feel the student has not met the minimum requirement as set out by Pioneer Driving Schools.

CERTIFICATION FEE: A $15 certification fee for insurance discount will have to be paid by the student upon completion of the course. This is only applicable to students who have enrolled with the Silver Package. The fee has to be paid in cash. In order to receive a hard copy of the driving school diploma please visit your nearest Service Ontario location and ask for driver license history, which will cost $12.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel a lesson with us, please call the office at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00/hr. (this fee must be paid before your next lesson will be scheduled).

PAYMENT POLICY: A $50 deposit is required at the start of the course (first day of in-class). Full balance should be paid before the start of in-car training. Method of Payment: Cheque or Cash. For any NSF cheques, you will be charged $25.00, and we will not accept any personal cheques from you anymore.
