Q1. Is Pioneer Driving School MTO approved?
Yes. Pioneer Driving School is a MTO (Ministry of Transportation) approved beginner driver 
education course provider.

Q2.  How do I register?

Q3. Are Pioneer Driving School certificate recognized by the insurance industry?
Yes. Pioneer Driving School is a MINISTRY- APPROVED BEGINNER DRIVER EDUCATION course provider. Our certificates are honoured by the insurance industry.

Q4. When can I start my in-car training?
You have the choice of starting your in-car lessons at the same time as your in-class training or you may begin taking your in-car lessons after completing the classes.

Q5. How long do I have to wait to take my G1 road test?
If you take our ministry approved course, you can take your test after waiting a minimum of 8 months from date of license issue. Otherwise you must wait a minimum of one year.

Q6. What time frame do I have to complete the entire course?
You must complete the entire course, which includes 20 hours in class and 13 hours in car lessons, within one year of start of the course.

Q7. Am I able to use my instructor's vehicle for my road test?
This is available for an additional cost. Ask your in-car instructor for more info.

Q8. Do I need a G1 license before starting the course?
Technically you don't, however we do recommend that you don't rush because once you get your G1 license you will have to wait 8 months before going for your G2.

Q9. What if I fail my road test?
You can book another one after 10 days.

Q10. How much of an insurance discount will I get with the course certificate?
This will completely depend on your insurance company, the vehicle you are driving and your selected insurance policy. Insurance companies may give up to 40% discount.
